2 sessions per day

If there are 2 sessions scheduled on the same day, are you supposed to do the 2nd session right after you finish the 1st one, or you have to take a few hours break between them?

I’m not sure what you’re “supposed “ to do. On other threads, some say they do them back to back. For others, their schedules don’t allow that so they don’t. You’ll get similar training stimulus either way with only a small advantage for back-to-back.

Many thanks. I will do it back-to-back so that I have more time to recover for tomorrow, which is going to be a very hard training session.
