Since a few days the SUF app is giving me a hard time - other than it’s supposed to do. In fact I have the impression the app causes problems with the video buffers of my laptop. (Windows app.) I have never experienced this before, but at least since a week or so I recognized that after some minutes of the video playing it get a little bit bumpy. Meaning the video does not play as smoothly as it used to do The video holds for a fracture of a second before going on. This only is the case for the video itself. Not the music or the sound effects or anything else. It’s as if the video resolution is slightly too hard to handle for my Laptop (but again: it never did that before). I can easily “solve” the problem for several minutes if I switch to mini window mode (no video shown) for a short time and than go back into full screen mode. But this solution only works for five minutes or so. After that the buffer seems to run over again. When playing “Revolver” yesterday I literally had to do the switch on/swith off between at least every second interval.
Maybe it’s just me, but having a bumby video playing is extremely annoying once I got aware of it. I would really love to have the opportunity to maybe set down the resolution of the videos to a resolution my laptop can handle easily. (I mean I don’t need a 4K resolution if the laptop display is 1920x1080 only).
Just to mention it: all videos are downloaded so it’s not a streaming or connectivity issue.
Is anybody else experiencing the same issue? What could possibly be the cause? I have not changed any settings of the laptop.

Have a look at the topic: “Videos freezing since last update” there you’ll see that the latest version of the app has been rolled back to v13.
This sorts out the issue

Thanks a lot for the hint to the other thread. Although I was aware of that I did not think about it because did not experience a complete stop of the vids so I did not think it was the same bug for me. Also I thought there was already a release turning back these changes. However, I just downloaded 6.13. Tomorrow it’s “The Omnium” for me (OMG!) so I will have an opportunity to check if this solves it out already. … Well maybe I would not recognize it if it doesn’t, because it’s “The Omnium” haha.
I did Fight Club (the whole one) on version 14 and the vid never stopped completely it just looked like it was “buffering” the whole time. The riders rode in slow motion
