I made full frontal but made a bad shift in the Ac section giving me a very weakness in that section. I,be start a general 12week plan. 2 weeks later I retest my ac only and change my 4dp results. Consequently my rider type didn’t change.
If I start a new plan, the power will adapt but does the global plan will adapt to the fact that my ac isn’t much a weakness now ?
I’m fairly certain the plans only change based on rider type. i.e. even if you delete your current plan and schedule a new one it will base it on the rider type, it only uses the 4DP values to set target in the individual workouts. The only way to change rider type is to redo FF .
If I was in your situation I would contact support and see if they could pull the lever behind the scenes.
