I like to overlay my Cycling metrics like Speed, Powermeter, Hartrate (recorded by my Wahoo Bolt V2) into my Cycling Video.
What software do you use? Insta 360 have direct import vor Garmin recorded Metrics but unfortunately not for Wahoo.
Edit: what type of camera are you using currently?

I don’t have a camera so can’t help you directly but a quick google search for overlaying cycling data on video offers a number of solutions. From what I can tell all you need to do is import the fit file into the software you are using to edit.
You can get your fit file from the ELEMNT Companion App, by going to the ride in your History, tapping the share icon, tapping Share .fit file, then selecting where to send it (your PC or Mac).
Also, from what I can tell, you’ll have the best results if you start your camera and your Bolt at exactly the same time.
