I am planning next season but not sure which plans to do. What is the difference between for example a building block FTP and Go beyond FTP Endurance block.
Building Blocks include optional Yoga and mental training sessions as part of the 3 or 4 week blocks
Go Beyond FTP blocks include strength, yoga and mental training as a standard part of the plan
If you’re not already doing strength and conditioning work, I’d recommend the SYSTM sessions, I found them really beneficial.
Edit: just had a look at the example plans, the Beyond FTP plans are very low volume only 3hr a week for the Endurance/FTP one. Definitely for the time crunched athlete.
