Double session

I fear this is a dumb question.

If the plan includes two sessions in one day should they be done together - making a longer session or split AM / PM

Usually this means the first workout is a warm up, so one after the other would be my call. IE: few weeks ago I had Igniter followed by “A Very Dark Place.
Hope this helps.

Also, check the workouts on the calendar to see if they have notes. They will often have coach’s notes with one or more at a reduced intensity.

Together that’s 1:05 so back to back makes sense
