I just finished 10 weeks with FF. I didn’t want to start another training cycle with the Tour, next week, so I set that start date to follow the tour completion.

So, here I sit with nothing on my schedule, which I’m fine with. I can hike/swim/lift.

In the event I want to get a ride in would I just stick with spinning stuff like the E series or would it be okay to do a pro ride?

The Tour Prep Plan has us in a taper mode, here’s mine to give you an idea for this week (ignore my commutes, and Monday was supposed to be a rest day but I did a monthly challenge ride):
