Maybe I’ve missed it but I’d like to say how much I appreciate the yoga sessions mixed in with the training program. @abicarver is such a great instructor and in under 15 minutes she manages to get down to it and coach me through cycling specific stretches ‘then return to my day’ Thank-you Abi!
