I’m new to SYSTM and made my first 4DP test yesterday.
After this I added my first trainngs plan. Unfortunately I did not find a possibility to make general changes to the plan.
I have a regular trainingsactivity every monday (biketrial).
So, what I would do is “marking” monday as a “day off” (better: trainingssession 2 hour) in the calendar that SYSTM does not plan any activities at this day.
In the current version of the SYSTM, you can’t do global changes to a plan or mark a day off. However, the first day of a plan (and that day every week) often is an easy day or rest day. If your Monday commitment doesn’t qualify as easy, you may want to shift the plan to a different start day
Here’s how.
Note how many days you want to shift the plan.
Note the end date of your plan.
Delete your entire plan.
Add a new plan with all the same particulars EXCEPT with an end date that is appropriately shifted from the original one.
Otherwise, just delete or reschedule workouts to accommodate your other commitments (from the calendar, click the three dots).
