good approach I think. At least last years badge gave the “Sufferlandrian Route” option.

the ride profile looks decent and right up my alley. How Sufferlandrian it’s gonna be on the other hand, imma keep my expectations deep down in the SUF mines.

Seriously, I don’t really see a problem here. Don’t like the Couchlandrian influence on this year’s Tour of WahooLandria, just turn up your 4DP to 11 - or 13, ride on ERG, use a rusty chain, and, maybe, turn off all the pain cave fans. Maybe if you live where it is cold – it was -49C windchill this morning – run outside before and after the ride and roll in the snow in your kit.
Leisure & comfort-related Issue solved.
