I see in your new app that the strength trainings have been expanded and the names have changed… look forward to trying out some of the new (?) content. It would be useful, however, to have some sort of mapping between the old nomenclature (e.g. Intermediate 2B) and the new (Full Body 12?) Does such a mapping exist?
