Enrolled for the low volume Metric Century plan today. My calendar now shows 2 workouts for for my first training day, “GCN Ready, Steady, Go (0:23)” is listed as well as “Joyride (0:3)”.
I’m assuming I should do both… Is that correct?

GCN Ready, Steady, Go is a warmup video so, yep, do both.
Indeed. RSG is a warm up ride that you can do before any hard workout.
Joyride is exactly what it says on the tin! Love it!
