Missing data fields / wrong counts in Wahoo App with Roam V3

Dear Wahoo-Community,

I own since last year a Roam V3. The setup was quite easy despite the fact that some how I´m not able to configure all fields as required in my training profiles.

I created two training profiles. One for my road bike and one for my gravel bike. But when I try to configure the required fields at the training sides I can only choose 10 fields instead of 11 (field 1 or sometime 6 is missing) and there is a counting miss match in the app which is causing this issue (please see attached pic).

I tried to reset the fields to standard values, I tried to delete the profile and create a new one, I even tried to reset the Roam V3 via factory reset - nothing changed this behavior. Afterwards I reconnected all sensors but this didn´t changed anything. I tried another WiFi-Network - no change…

But this behavior is not happing for example at the indoor cycling profile - which is very strange to me.

Did someone of you had this issue before and how did you fix it?

I have the same issue, and i am close to send this shit computer back and buy garmin.

Wahoos App seems to be completely shit. I also loose connection to roam 3 and have to reconnect it via QR Code to my smartphone. Wahoo seems to be shit

I´ve contacted the Wahoo Support and they´re already working on that problem. I hope that with one of the next software releases the problem will be fixed because mainly I´m using Wahoo since I´m back on the bike and I´m more than happy with their products in general.
