Need Training Plan recommendation

I’m planning to join this event

It’s 53.261km long but the elevation gain is +2877 m :woozy_face:

Is Mountain Fondo ok for this? The target elevation seem to match but the distance doesn’t. It says it’s for 160km race and the event I plan to join is only 53km.

Is this still a good training plan for my intended race or do you have a better suggestion?

I would think the Mountain Fondo @ medium volume would suit you just fine…
