🚵 🎬 New Inspiration 🎬 🚵

Happy Holidays to everyone! You may have noticed throughout November we have been expanding our Inspiration library with 4 new titles the last of which went live today. If you need to get some miles in over the next few days why not check them out:

  • Made this: In professional bike racing, we don’t often see the whole picture. We only see the starts and the finishes, the breakaways and crashes, the near misses and podiums. Made This presented by Wahoo + MAAP is a series of behind-the-scenes, unfiltered front-row access with women’s pro cycling team Lifeplus - Wahoo

  • Scratches: Scratches is not a film about ending a race, as much as it is about the start of it all—the origin of cycling adventures for someone like Manu. This journey, in many ways, parallels the experiences of numerous individuals. Why do we need this kind of riding? Why do we crave this adventure? Rather than providing a generic answer, the film delves into Manu’s relationship with cycling as a tool for freedom, exploration, meditation, and perhaps even therapy in some ways. The film unfolds in the Kirghiz mountains during the Silk Road Mountain Race in 2023, where Manu crashed and had to scratch. It then retraces its steps back in time and travels to other lands. Initially, the film was intended to be a video race recap, but it evolved into a love letter to freedom and movement. Eventually, it underwent another transformation, and Scratches is the result of a constantly evolving process in that regard.

  • Why I ROAM: There’s always a reason and a WHY behind the passions we pursue – a reason driving us to get out of bed, to get outside, to push beyond challenges in life and sport – that’s what Why I ROAM is all about. These Wahooligans all depend on ELEMNT ROAM GPS bike computers. Packed with powerful features to track performance, navigate new terrain, and stay connected before, during, and after every ride, ELEMNT cycling computers are built for all the reasons you choose to ROAM

  • Chasing the Sun: Fresh from a sold-out tour of UK cinemas, Chasing The Sun is the new documentary film from 2x BAFTA-winning director Michael B.Clifford. It explores extraordinary personal stories of ordinary cyclists taking on iconic endurance event Chase The Sun, revealing the power of the humble bicycle to transform lives and help save the planet. The film features contributions from broadcaster and ITV’s voice of the Tour de France Ned Boulting, author and blogger Jools Walker, Turner Prize-winning artist Sir Richard Long and 4x Mountain Bike World Champion Tracy Moseley.

We also have more new content planned throughout this indoor season - look out for SUF & Yoga coming soon…

Thanks for the new content. Will you be adding the current season of “from the ground up”? Really enjoyed these films. I have held off watching on YouTube to see if they make it on to this platform.

I enjoyed From the Ground Up as well, and I rarely care for any cycling documentary. I’d like to see the third season.

Did chasing the sun this morning, was meant to be cycling to work but it was too icy. Interesting documentary, articulates much better than I can some of the great things about riding bikes. Mavis is absolutely incredible and clearly a Sufferlandrian and, if she isn’t already, I vote she should be given a knighthood.

While you’re at it with SUF related things, could you provide an update (or contribute an amusing gif) to that thread related to Sufferlandrian attire?
