Finally did this one for the first time… What a fun little session that was! 
I loved it all haha.
Reminded me that I still haven’t shared my airport included mt Sufferlandria tale yet…
It sure is nice to see the Sufferfest humour still coming.
The gVa references made me a bit wistful I admit.
Indeed there is no place like a very dark home.

Just did this ride for the first time last week since it was made available and it felt great even after being off the bike for about 2 weeks.
Really enjoyed the content throughout the session, of course only during the recovery bits.
All systems ready for suffering!

I’ve done this workout three times now, and it only just occurred to me that the ‘Easy Ride’ (from about 3min in) is in mirror image. I wondered where it was, and found the road signs to look rather French, but the riding on the left threw me off. Then I realised the drivetrain is on the left of the bike!

This happens in Elements of Style as well, they use the safe footage, but flip it for the other leg, when do 1 leg drills. So confusing
