What is everyone listening in order to get hyped?
Well, I listened to some BORIS on my way home from work to psych myself up for stage 4…not sure which track. Possibly the one after Flower, Sun, Rain on whichever album that was 
Generally, though, I let the workout tunes built into the workouts to that for me. For the most part the tracks hit all the boxes for me.

I have playlists full of the Sufferfest songs I enjoy. And additional songs inspired by those songs.

The soundtrack is one of the great things about the Sufferfest videos. I don’t have to think about music. Just hit start and suffer. For the other videos without a soundtrack, I’ve been vibing to a playlist on Apple Music, “festival bangers” with high bpm.
