@ediblehedge , this was a brilliant plan and I had a great time reading about your suffering! Your detailed recaps were inspiring. You’ve motivated me to try out more of the pro rides. And I would even do an organized tour, or join your anniversary tour, out of admiration and envy of your glorious agony.
In so many ways this sounds tougher than my 11 or 12 ride KOS attempts.
Well done @ediblehedge! That was fantastic to watch. I appreciate the detailed daily reports. My legs ache for you in sympathy. Or maybe that’s just the 3x20 sweet spot workout I did yesterday. In any case, bravo to you!
Congratulations! It has been a lot of fun and inspirational to follow your tour and I look forward to cheering you on for your next (greater) challenge.
I guess there’s only 1, (technically 2) ways to find out But not sure I can handle a 12 ride KoS. Now that was a glorious display of suffering.
Trust you to come up with the idea of a sequel
I’m quite liking the idea of an On Location Tour - 26 rides, but total saddle time is only 21 ish hours (I think, from adding them roughly) compared to 23 hr 25 mins for 16 Pro Rides. So it must be ‘easier’ Of course, there’s bound to be loads of new ones released between now and then.
@DameCristy Thanks! I love the pro rides series, definitely some great rides in there. Would love to do a more organised tour. I was planning to post with a couple of weeks notice to see if anyone else fancied joining, but failed here.
Definitely going to be doing this, but not this year!
Wondering if it should be before or after the 2023 ToS.
If you’re thinking ‘why not during?’ I’m looking forward to watching
So awesome!!! Congratulations - really amazing. Now it’s time for 14 Days of Full Frontal!
that escalated quickly.
@ediblehedge Congrats to you - that is a significant achievement!
Strong as hell. Brilliant work.
On the first day of Christmas GvA gave to me…
Full Frontal
Better You Than Me
The Couchlandrian cousin of “More than you”.
They may insist doing some of the full length versions on RGT magic roads. I have done the first three stages of the Tour Down Under(4 is not on there ) and all around 90kms and they will wipe you out!!
Not even if there was a badge for it
