Did a Half Monty test, and my Four Dimensional Power profile is updated with the new power values.
But my Rider Type is still unchanged. This shows the old values after the initial 4DP test. Is this only changeable after a 4DP test, or should it also change after a Half Monty test?

Rider type only changes if you do Full Frontal, rider type is based on ratios between all 4 metrics NM AC MAP and FTP, Half Monty only tests MAP and FTP.

Yep. The HM is a great lead-in to a FF when done 3-4 days prior. It sets suggested target levels for the FF making it easier to pace.
