The 6yr old grandson on his Strider balance bike he raced as a 3yr old. Put a ski on the front wheel and enjoy. Good aerobic work for the upcoming BMX season…

Sun’s out, bike’s out! This is the market place of Launceston, the historic county town of Cornwall. Visited on a 120km ride featuring 2178m of climbing today. SUF has certainly improved my ability to “endure”.

Took this one today as my ferry across the River Tamar had to wait for this to be tugged past before it could go. I thought it would make a nice change from my usual landscape photos.
