I was doing fight club while y’all were doing 9H , but it was SO FUN to hear Lisa cheering us on (and it was surprising how many intervals coincided between the two). Thank Jared Jason and LIsa for organizing!! I’m going to try a live stream maybe for stage 6, the kid’s going to set me up on Twitch… Maybe some will join in!

That was my first SUF group ride and I can’t thank you enough. I was able to really put the HAMMER down thanks to all the cowbell and encouragement.

Absolute pleasure to have you all!!! We had 13 riders, a couple of supportive spectators, a commentator and two Sufferfest/Wahoo VIPs for group ride 2.

Spiderman even made an appearance. Hate to break it to you all, but Spiderman is actually a hammer crushing woman!!! Ann rode the WHOLE of Nine Hammers in a full body spiderman outfit…attached fingers and all! LEGEND!!!
There was so much power pouring out from our brave riders that one even got a puncture!
And a final shot of those faces of relief masked with pain as they all pushed through that last hammer into the cool down!!! An absolute privilege to watch so much suffering all at once!!!
Well done everyone! Same again tomorrow?

This stage was awesome as I do like 9 Hammers (GVA Approved) and with all of you it was even better … however when in a group with big energy like this one … one can go a tad too hard … possibly … please be on the lookout for my legs … both of them … I will need them for tomorrow at the ummm “club” …
