I am sure all of us at some time feel the onset of couchlandrian tendencies, that feeling that chillin on the couch is easier than continuing your chosen plans. How about a plan to combat this malaise, perhaps similar to mental toughness but combining activation routines from the other types? Something to kickstart you again.
I would agree if you were starting off from the couch, this would be perfect. I am thinking more about combatting a malaise felt during an existing plan to get back onto it asap. Something maybe a few days or week or so long as an alternative to giving up on a plan altogether and restarting. I suppose all the ingredients are in the app and can be applied but it would be nice to have it structured.
