That’s what I thought as well, but no, it was the fact I had an old alpha version of the app installed which was causing some conflicts. After removing the older copy of the app I was able to install with no problems.
SYSTM Support was able to walk me through the process of finding the older copies in the ~/Library folders.
Steps to delete from Mac:
- Open the Finder and select Applications .
- Find SYSTM and right-click.
- Select “Move to Trash” from the menu.
- With the Finder view still open, click on Go in the top bar and press the options key on your keyboard. This will cause a hidden folder to appear.
- While pressing the options key, select the Library folder to open it.
- Find the Applications Support folder and open it.
- Find SYSTM folder, right-click on it and select “Move to Trash”.
- Empty the Trash and reboot your computer.
- Reinstall the app
