That was a tough one! But an extraordinarily well-done video. Helped to distract from the pain. Three more days and then I’m taking my bike in for a spring tune-up, so I’ll enjoy a few days in Couchlandria!

And what a good video and workout. Comparing to yesterday’s vintage Downward Spiral, if this is the future of SUF then I’m all in for a few more years. Including the footage of the women’s peloton racing the train, the close wins in Omloop. @David.McQuillen.KoS you made me cry real tears of joy at how beautiful the sport can be.
