Hi I’m starting the TT season here in the uk 10 mile mostly on a Wednesday, some on a weekend, I’m doing a long ride on the weekend, but looking for advice what to do on the other days, that will benefit me, or just ride to cafe for coffee and cake ha, I also swim a lot, don’t run, I’m Ito my 60s so recovery is key,

There is a time trial specific plan. If you do it on the intermediate level it will be 2 weeks on, 1 week of recovery
The TT plans, even intermediate, are quite full on. You’d want to avoid advanced if you’re worried about recovery, and then it just depends on what training volume you’re used to. You’ll also have to substitute one of the mid week rides for the TT.
