there should be an assessment ‘which of these images do you remember seeing in HIE?’ and if you remember more than 50% you probably need to test your AC again.

I agree! The Model is one of my favorites, visually. I love the wide screen ratio changes and the animated words. Just captivating.

I think I’ll start this Saturday with the Model at 23:02 so it will be completed on the next (Sun)day at 00:01 and then I can ride the other three in succession and am already finished around 2:40 and can go to sleep after that
For once it will have maybe an advantage the end time of a workout counts for the calendar entry.
I hope that will satisfy the criteria of “all four workouts in a single day”. This way they will be listed on the systm calendar on the same day. At intervals.icu, Strava and all other sites it will be split up over two days.

Unfortunately Knighthood is out after this test. Knee that needs replacing did not like the last 30 minutes.
Recon I move it from my Bucket List to my F (rhymes with bucket) List. At my advanced age I only have two lists.

I don’t really do the IF and TSS thing. Did you have each of the videos dialed back to 65-75% of your targets and are you working off accurate numbers with a recent Full Frontal?
Well, which is a deep subject, I did set the numbers to a little more than 75% of my FTP.
One MUST suffer eh?
As for my FTP… I did some outdoor efforts a couple weeks back just because; a 40 minute, 45 minute and a 51 minute effort at what I thought would be 90%.
That seemed like my pooridge was just right. Does that mean I got every watt out of tbose efforts? Not at all but I am a ‘measure with a laser, mark with a crayon and cut with an axe’ type after using a power meter for a decade plus.
if I am off by more than 4% when I do FF I will be surprised.
Did the exact same order of rides and yeah, the last 30 minutes were just well, tiring.
But what intensity did you do all the rides with? 100%?

Sir, they were completed at 80% until GAWI.
Had to really dial it down at this point. Was at 60% by the last half of the vid.
Still the Knighthood beckons me on though. Could maybe get through it all at 75%

I did my first 3 at 100% and the last one was at 80%, and yet it was terrible. Hahaha
But I am not sure if the others did what I did which was to take a break no more than 10 minutes between each ride.
Yeah, you definitely could! But as the fatigue wears in, it’s not surprising to dial it down further.
