2016 Tour of Sufferlandria is in the books for me. I knew today would be tough. I ended up for the two rides -2 TSS & -.01 IF to 100%. But all in all, not too bad. For the Tour I was + .39 IF & + 39 TSS to 100% across the 12 rides. I’m gonna take that and say thanks!
Tomorrow I crash and then a few easy days. 2017 ToS is not until Aug…YEAH!
