Thanks for your help. My MAP 121% of my FTP so I’m hopeful that I can Impove both by upping my MAP

121% is exactly my MAP/FTP ratio as well.

Just finished nine hammers at the end of the 3 weeks so I’d say it worked well. Never finished it fresh :grinning:
