When you stop enjoying Type 1 fun!
This thread popped up so I loaded up the FF to check.
I can honestly say that I have genuinely never seen that video (the 1min effort) before. And the count out afterwards? Also never seen that, not once.
I’m looking forwrd to my next FF now! Though we all know I won’t be seeing hte video then either.
You know when you’re a Sufferlandrian when:
- You say “I have a hard ride today” and your 8 year old says “is it Nine Hammers?” (it was)
- You convince your spouse to buy a bicycle and a trainer, and sign up for SYSTM, and then feel conflicted about whether to recommend any of the, um, “famous” rides
@bukharin Fortunately the platform has evolved so that there is something for everyone - but yeah, there are always those workouts that you feel a bit differently about when they come up in the plan.

I have never asked that when completing any of these workouts at 100%.
Well, except maybe Defender…
Anyone who says that after Nine Hammers is in serious need of a new Full Frontal reset.
For me at least the 'That’s it?" question after Defender is more like a relieved kind of question. I stand by that
For the record, I think Nine Hammers bodes quite well with me. Hahaha
