Adjusting a training plan

I’m 4 weeks into a 12 week all purpose road training plan. I’ve come down sick and i think i’m going to need a week off, is there an easy to move a plan ahead by a week? I don’t fancy moving every workout on the calendar.

We don’t have a way to shift the plan, yet, but it is on the todo list.

Although, as a workaround, you can shift a plan by deleting it and then reapplying it with a new, later, end date. Shifting a plan due to sickness may not be the right thing to do though but that’s one for the coaches not a workarounder.
