Combining outdoor rides with training plan

Hi All, I’m fairly new to this indoor training lark and having had a two week tour on the Systm (which I enjoyed greatly, loved the pro rides) I wish to embark on a specific training plan.

With this in mind, which is the best way of combining outdoor rides with the training schedule?

I don’t want to overtrain but would still like to do one ride midweek plus a decent intense ride on the weekend and until the app can sync with my wahoo bolt I welcome your advice👍
