I have two workouts on the same day, should I choose one or should I do both?

If both workouts are from the same plan, then you should do both. Generally, you should do them in the order that they appear in your calendar, and ideally do them one immediately after the other. If you don’t have time for that, then it’s OK to split them up and do them at different times of the day.

Often in a plan, the workouts will also tell you which to do first in the workout notes.
