It was a double dose of Violator during the Tour. I still remember emptying my gut and cramping on live-stream. Also, Violator was the last video in my Knighthood run, dropping watt bombs!

When I did it during my KOS last year, I was still having gear problems with old worn out chain and chain rings, so I literally did all my sprints seated and in the little ring - otherwise I would’ve dropped my chain every time.
So much fun! lol.

Hi folks. I’m new here, been enjoying reading about everyone’s endeavors. This definitely feels like a community.
Today is Sunday 31st in NZ. I have one ride left to complete The Challenge (Massif d’Estrel), but came down with covid yesterday. I’m gutted, as I worked really hard to fit all the rides into my plan.
Not feeling too bad, so tempted to ride it later at low intensity. Just don’t want to be an idiot for the sake of a badge…
Hummf, decisions, decisions…

Personally, from my Covid experience, I wouldn’t ride it. Any effort at all absolutely stuffed me for weeks. And by any effort I’m talking standing up to walk to the loo.
And HI! I’m in NZ too! Any chance you’re doing the Rebel ride in Dec? A couple of us Sufferlandrians are riding it together.

I wish I doing the Rebel Ride - work commitments prevent me. I hear it’s full up and they’ve started a waiting list.
