Even, Valero taking the win in one of last world cup would be a great workout. Especially the last three laps were amazing! Or the bronze Medal in Tokyo going over Nino (who didnât take Valeroâs medal well)
Once you do the MTB session in this, you might think twice about that.

If youâre seeing those kinds of numbers, I suspect your MAP isnât quite right. Actual numbers are much lower.
In any case, itâs really tough to choose, but the MTB session is probably my favourite. Itâs just such a great simulation of what itâs like to be in a highly technical and challenging MTB race w/ the constant off/on. Once youâve done the two laps of the race, you wonât be able to believe that the Elite women did 5 laps and the Elite men did 7. Incredible.

Roger, something was still hinky with the #3 video problem. I wasnât seeing the effort graph either. Looked on my phone and it shows the graph, with TSS 50 and IF 0.76. Will check my desktop again later.
