I remember seeing a post about these two On Location rides, Part 1 and Part 2 but I can’t seem find it so, here I am. Today I did Part 1 of these two On Location rides. All I am going to say about it is this,….when it was over I laid down in the floor and listened to the “Remembering Why” segment of the Mental Toughness program. Sheesh. That was a lot tougher than it appeared. (I’m sure that it didn’t help that I was still probably a bit fatigued from a 30’ sprint test workout followed by Cash Register yesterday.) but still. Ugh. This one had me on the ropes about halfway through.

@ozmadman I think I’ve done that one before. I’ll have to look. I did Part II, Catalunya: Part. 2 - Pobla to Coll de Creuetta, of this two part series this morning. Part 1 was day before yesterday.
