I definitely found @Coach.Neal.H to be the most challenging. That’s why I did him first!

I have this week off so get to take my time through the Neal week. Why oh why are there so many climbs? Sprinter not happy

Us sprinters need to climb enough to be able to get to the finish with the rest of the pack and then deliver our amazing sprints!
