So the Sufferfest used to define which workout to do first. I’m feeble memory is not working today.
STR first is the general rule.

@sbrault SYSTM STR completed first is also a great source of muscle activation and chain sequencing prior to subsequent workouts.
There are coach’s notes on most workouts where the Strength First rule is not to be followed. I’ve noticed this a few times on my current training plan. This is so you can maximize efforts (looking at you Standing Starts) or to fit in a combination of workouts (Strength, then Ride, then Yoga with a few exceptions).
