Taper plan - 2 weeks

Hey group, i’m on my way to Girona for a 10day gravel riding vacation. I’ve been on a D+ 3month training that ends shortly and i’d like to integrate a small Tapering program for the next two weeks before i takeoff.

Any good simple program or list of trainings recommended from this group?

I’d like to load about 5 trainings per week more or less.

For the 2nd week you could just follow the 4DP prep week plan.

Agree 100%. Great program to stay prepped without getting fatigued in the week leading up to the event. (But maybe don’t do Full Frontal at the end of it…)
