I am doing the Gravel 200mi plan with strength and yoga. Some videos in my plan will not play and I get the notification “We are still working on making this content available in SYSTM. Please check back soon.” I usually just choose a similar video and do it instead. These videos/ workouts are also no longer available in the library either. Why not change out the videos in the training plans if you delete them entirely?
Yes, same thing happening to me with the Wahoo Tour preparation plan, including some Davis Phinney content.
I’m not surprised that the Davis Phinney Foundation videos are not available within the app, but more worryingly some of the workouts aren’t either.
Of course the new Rollercoaster is yet to be released but one of the Inspiration Rides, Aspiration of the Pamirs is not available.
I will switch for another, similar ride.
I have Aspiration of the Pamirs scheduled for tomorrow too… And as it’s been deleted I can’t see any details from it to see what would be a good alternative - is it just a standard 1 hour, zone 2 inspiration ride?
53’18" Inspiration is all I know.
I may do the London-Edinburgh-London one as I have never done this.
I’d recommend Georgia on my Bike if you haven’t done it before. My fave Inspiration ride and has truly inspired me as I want to go there myself.
Cheers, the duration info helps! I watched the London-Edinburgh-London a couple of years back and found it charming - enjoy! Just watched Georgia on my Bike last week - yes, very good advertisement for visiting Georgia, though the solo videos always feel weird when I think how they must constantly have to ride past stuff twice to film it.
@dangerous sorry for hijacking the thread a little!
Aspirations of the Pamirs was in the tour prep plan three years ago. Here’s my power profile from then:
At the time, my FTP from a Full Frontal test about 6 weeks before was 185
Cheers!
they generally do remove deleted videos from training plans but once a plan is implemented (if it was implemented prior to the video being deleted), it becomes a static entity (i.e. it is not updated on YOUR calendar).
But, your plan would be updated if you were to delete your old plan and implement it again with the same parameters and start or end date. Deleting an existing plan, you will not lose anything you’ve already done.
Yes, it’s true they usually remove deleted videos from plans, but Aspirations of the Pamirs was removed 28 Feb 2023, yet was still inserted on the 2025 tour prep plan. Oops!
Maybe let @Rupert.H know in the nit pick threads.
Will do
