I’m about half way through an All-Purpose plan but haven’t been able to do any of the planned sessions for about a week due to illness and I’m still not feeling 100% so thought I’d just ease back in with a week of no-pressure Zwifting before I restart the Systm plan properly. Is there a way to push the whole plan back by a week or two? I realise that I could move the individual sessions manually but that sounds like the definition of something that I really don’t want to do. I’m sure this has been asked before, seems like something that would be quite a common request but I couldn’t find a answer jumping out at me so…you’re up
The best (and really only) way to do this is to make a note of when the existing plan finishes. Then, delete the plan (all historic sessions will remain in the calendar/history) and re-add via the plan wizard. By choosing to schedule the plan byfinish date you can have it finish a week later than previously (or whatever suits your needs) and you will effectively start from now mid-plan.

Oh one thing of note - if you have done a Full Frontal since you last added the plan then the plan itself may change if the FF changed your rider type.
I would gues that this isn’t the case for you here though.
